For those with the space available, a grand piano is a perfect choice. At Period Piano Company we have an astonishing array of antique grand pianos available, starting with the early 18th Century English and Viennese fortepianos, and progressing through the development of the piano, up until the mid-20th Century. The instruments come in all shapes and sizes and a wonderful variety of casework details. All instruments are chosen first and foremost for their musical qualities. We are particularly interested in the pianos from the firm of Erard, and offer many instruments from this famous firm. We are often surprised how people say they do not have room for a grand piano.
